Why choose me?
I'm Carol Smith. After a very varied 40 year career (from analysing paracetamol tablets to planning governance for a charity board) I've decided to make the change to use my knowledge, experience and skills to support SME's to grow their business.

I've been fortunate to have such a wide range of experience in my life, but I am also grateful that I took the opportunity to make use of mentoring, coaching and counselling as I needed it to help me to advance.

I'm a volunteer mentor for the government's Help to Grow Scheme, the Cranfield Trust and MET Marketing. I'm also a mentor for various charity leaders and SME CEO's helping them to stabilise and grow.​​

Part funded qualification to support the volunteer mentoring undertaken as part of the Help To Grow Management Scheme from the Government.

Distinction
One year, full time degree studying all aspects of marketing, including strategy and link to business.

Foundation in Couples Counselling
1 year course with 120 hours of couples counselling to ensure suitability.
